In this review I am examining Classic Star Wars Volume 2: The Rebel Storm. According to the Associated Press, the new trilogy would continue where Return of the Jedi left off, following the stories of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia. Completed registration packets are required and can be downloaded from the Star Wars The Clone Wars Jedi Training Camp website, where you'll also find plenty more information about the camp. For the handful of scattered Jedi, survival is imperative if the light side of the Force is to be protected and the galaxy somehow, someday reclaimed. That could've been accomplished 2 ways: 1. Just before his 13th birthday, Obi-Wan Kenobi left Yoda and the other teachers at the Jedi Temple. Evil has risen up to challenge the Jedi Order and the peace and security it represents in the galaxy. This volume immediately follows on from Volume 1 which I have previously reviewed. I originally intended to make a complete bibliography of the Star Wars Books but since it would be a task beyond my modest skills, I have rather chosen to focus on a single piece of this mozaique - Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice by Jude Watson (and Dave Wolverton, as far as the first book is concerned). Separatist forces have blockaded many of the worlds in which Jedi normally find their lightsaber crystals, making access to these resources difficult if not impossible. But he wasn't supposed to become a Padawan, a future Jedi Knight, he was assigned to be a farmer! Luceno addresses many interesting aspects of the Star Wars saga that casual fans and fanboys alike have asked since the advent of Episode I in 1999. It got my attention Keep in mind that all books have been written by Jude Watson except for the first one – The Rising Force is the work of Dave Wolverton. As in the films, Count Dooku's character here is pretty menacing, as is his equally dark and vile potential apprentice Asajj Ventris.
